Thank you for visiting my research webpage. This is Kuk-Hwan Kim's research page (CV). I am currently working as post-doctoral research fellow at Prof. Shanbhag's group at UIUC. I received B.S. (2005) and Ph.D (2011) in electrical engineering from Yonsei University, Seoul, S. Korea, and University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI respectively. Before returning to academic world, I worked and consulted on various aspects of emerging non-volatile memory technologies and circuits.

Research Interests

My research interest includes non-volatile memory technologies, circuits, and systems. Solving storage and computing challenges posed by emerging applications such as 5G, big data, and machine learning motivates main research thrusts illustrated in the research page.
